What should I have ready when I call?
Your vehicle's year, make, and model, a general description of the damage, and your insurance company's name if you've already started a claim. If the vehicle is drivable, photos of the damage sent ahead of time can speed up the first estimate.
Can I just walk in?
Yes. Estimates are free and no appointment is required for a walk-in look during business hours.
What if my car isn't drivable?
Call us directly rather than using the contact form. We can talk through towing options and get the vehicle assessed as soon as it arrives.
Is this the same phone number as the dealership?
No. The body shop has its own direct line, (517) 787-7509, separate from Jim Winter Automotive Group's main sales and service number.
Prefer to just call?
That works too. Our body shop line goes straight to the front office, not a call center.
